Hotspot Error Codes

  • 401 Dealer not found:
    • Contact support.
  • 402 Customer not found:
    • Contact with your dealer.
  • 403 Device not found:
    • Dashboard > Devices > Add Device and add your device.
  • 404 Device profile not found:
    • Dashboard > Devices > Edit Device and add your device profile.
  • 405 Available methods not found:
    • Dashboard > Devices > Edit Device and add your device login methods.
  • 406 Website not found:
    • Dashboard > Website > Edit Website and add your website.
  • 407 Login method failed:
    • Dashboard > Devices > Edit > Login Methods and activate your login methods.
  • 408 WhatsApp is not configured:
    • Dashboard > Website > Whatsapp and configure your WhatsApp settings.
  • 409 WhatsApp template is not configured:
    • Dashboard > Website > Whatsapp and configure your WhatsApp template.
  • 410 SMS is not configured:
    • Dashboard > Website > SMS and configure your SMS settings.
  • 411 Insufficient SMS balance:
    • Dashboard > Website > SMS and check your SMS balance.
  • 412 Mail configuration not found:
    • Dashboard > Website > Mail and configure your mail settings.
  • 500 An error occurred:
    • Contact support.
